The AMT Gastroguss gastronorm pan is hand-cast from aluminium in Germany and finished with the Lotan® non-stick coating. Thanks to its gastronorm size it fits combi steamers, ovens and buffets – from searing to keeping warm. The open diamond surface with perforations is made for use on the grill.
